Role Overview We are seeking a
Senior Full Stack Engineer
with strong expertise in
Java, Spring Boot , and
React
to lead offshore development teams and support modernization efforts. This role involves active participation in technical requirement gathering sessions, incident resolution during U.S. business hours, and hands‑on development across the full stack.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor offshore engineering teams to ensure alignment with technical goals
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine technical requirements
Develop scalable microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud components (Config Server, Eureka, Gateway, Circuit Breaker)
Build responsive front‑end applications using React and TypeScript
Integrate front‑end and back‑end systems through secure and efficient APIs
Implement authentication and authorization using Spring Security and JWT
Manage relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM tools (JPA/Hibernate)
Utilize CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab) for automated deployments
Containerize and orchestrate services using Docker and Kubernetes
Write and maintain unit and integration tests using JUnit, Mockito, Jest, and React Testing Library
Monitor and optimize system performance and reliability
Required Skills & Experience
Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud
Strong front‑end development skills with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript
Experience with API design and integration between front‑end and back‑end systems
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools
Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and tools
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps principles
Experience with security and quality tools such as Sonar, Fortify, and WebInspect
