What You’ll Own
Craft and champion the long‑term vision for telco integrations across our Voice & Messaging platform.
Build strategic alliances with MNOs/MVNOs to deliver enterprise‑ready voice and messaging solutions.
Design frameworks to meet global compliance needs—lawful intercept, archiving, data residency, and more.
Identify and unlock productivity gains by embedding communications into enterprise workflows.
Lead the roadmap for carrier integrations across PSTN, VoNR, VoLTE, VoWiFi, SMS, MMS, and RCS.
Deliver secure, compliant solutions for capturing and archiving telco communications data.
Ensure interoperability with telco systems: SMSC, IMS, SIP, SBCs, CPaaS gateways.
Partner with engineering and network architecture teams to build scalable, resilient integrations.
Launch features that extend secure voice and messaging across BYOD, COPE, and government‑issued devices.
Engage deeply with enterprise and government customers to understand their compliance and security needs.
Stay ahead of regulatory shifts by collaborating with telcos and compliance authorities.
Translate complex telco provisioning and billing requirements into intuitive product experiences.
Drive onboarding and certification of new carrier integrations with ecosystem and regulatory teams.
Align with legal, compliance, and security stakeholders to meet governance standards.
Enable sales, marketing, and solutions engineering to position telco‑integrated communications as a strategic advantage.
What You Bring
4–6+ years of product management in telecom, enterprise communications, or CPaaS/UCaaS/CCaaS.
Deep knowledge of telco infrastructure (SIP, IMS, SMSC, SS7, VoLTE, VoWiFi, RCS).
Experience working with carriers, mobile network providers, or regulatory bodies.
Strong grasp of compliance frameworks: FINRA, HIPAA, GDPR, FedRAMP, CJIS, lawful intercept.
Ability to translate technical telco integrations into enterprise‑ready solutions.
Bonus Points
Hands‑on experience building carrier‑integrated enterprise voice or messaging products.
Familiarity with eSIM, number portability, mobile identity, and UCaaS/CCaaS ecosystems.
Technical background in telecom architecture or secure communications.
MBA or equivalent experience aligning business strategy with telco partnerships.
