State Street’s Alpha Cash Services Implementation Team is seeking a qualified Implementation Manager for the industry’s first ever front to back client servicing platform. The Alpha Cash Services Client Implementation Manager will oversee client communication, requirements analysis, data collection and training. Managing the Alpha implementation and onboarding plan, project timelines, testing and post‑go‑live efforts for several simultaneous client implementations.

What You Will Be Responsible For
Provide technical analysis and advice to clients (internal and external) on current and future state data‑centric operating models.
Lead conversations and workshops with clients to ensure a strong understanding of the Cash Services solution.
Liaise with stakeholders in order to establish and document implementation requirements in relation to cash.
Maintain an excellent working knowledge of the STT F2B product offering to perform subject matter expert activities, consultancy, implementation configuration and demonstrations specializing in IBOR & Investment accounting and Cash servicing but not limited to these product areas.
Analyze and document data mappings from source systems involved in the solution.
Manage ongoing data / technical requirements analysis to align project expectations.
Analyze and document any derivation, workflow and enrichment required for the project/solution.
Assist multiple client implementation efforts specializing in cash & IBOR.
Support testing activities and immediate post‑production transition with the support of test plan development and test scripts.
Assist the team in requirement gathering, development, definition and controlling of technical standards and methodologies.
Process design and implement solution architectures and concepts in the context of projects and client implementations.
Clear, complete and accurate documentation of user requirements and functional specifications.
Collaborate with other team members to share best practices, raise issues, develop consistent global processes.
Display a culture of individual ownership of tasks to embed a clear individual sense of accountability in performing the role.
Ensure that the highest level of the Code of Conduct is displayed in your behavior.
Provide appropriate management information as required to support business unit decision making.
Support the ‘Risk Excellence’ culture within the business.
Serve as a liaison between business users and various IT development and testing teams.
Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in technology, finance, business or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years related experience in financial services technical projects.
Knowledge of financial service industry – cash & IBOR / Investment Accounting experience preferred.
Knowledge of SDLC methodologies.

Salary Range $125,000 - $207,500 Annual
