What We Need The Senior Manager will manage a portfolio of provider relationships, overseeing end‑to‑end quality incentive program negotiations and annual settlements based on performance. Responsibilities include collaborating with contracting teams, delivering contractual data and reports, supporting quality improvement work, and updating quality incentive programs.

Responsibilities

Lead contract negotiation of quality incentive programs for a portfolio of providers.

Collaborate with Network Contracting and Ancillary Contracting to explain quality contractual requirements.

Manage contractual deliverables (data submission, reporting) for assigned provider incentive partners.

Support Network Quality & Development and Performance Measurement teams with annual reviews and updates of quality incentive programs.

Prepare and complete quality settlements for each program.

Provide guidance and support to provider incentive partners on program components and metric requirements.

Qualifications

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Experience working cross‑functionally with senior executives and internal/external customers.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Strong time‑management and prioritization skills.

Knowledge of quality measurement, provider incentives, and quality improvement.

Clinical knowledge or experience in provider organizations.

Proficiency with Microsoft products, especially Excel.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (advanced degree in business, public health, or health‑care industry highly desirable).

3‑7 years of relevant experience in quality at a physician practice, hospital, or health plan.

Compensation Salary range: $121,670.00 – $152,350.00 per year. The position may also be eligible for variable pay. The job posting range is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting.

Location Boston, Hingham, Massachusetts.
