Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for new customers, guiding them through onboarding and ensuring smooth implementation of our platform.
Drive strategic value by understanding customers’ business goals and identifying opportunities to maximize ROI.
Identify and pursue renewable and upsell opportunities, collaborating with sales to close deals.
Demonstrate product expertise and train customers on use cases.
Provide timely customer support, escalating issues when necessary and ensuring high satisfaction.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; recent graduates are encouraged.
Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with SaaS solutions.
Excellent communication skills—adept at explaining technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
Customer‑focused mindset, with empathy and relationship‑building skills.
Analytical and problem‑solving ability; can work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Adaptable to fast‑paced, dynamic environments and proactive in driving initiatives.
