Job Description Addison Group is seeking a Benefits and Compensation Specialist for our client located in Scottsdale, AZ. This position supports a growing HR team, focusing on benefits administration, workers’ compensation, and leave management. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, a proactive mindset, and the ability to handle multiple projects independently.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in benefits administration, including FMLA and workers’ compensation.

Proven proficiency with ADP Workforce Now.

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros).

Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate billing and reconciliation.

Manage leave programs including FMLA and workers’ compensation cases.

Support total rewards initiatives and provide analytical insight into compensation processes.

Partner with internal departments to resolve employee benefits issues.

Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations.

Utilize ADP and Excel for reporting, audits, and data management.
