Responsibilities
Building Relationships:
Create lifelong connections with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, delivering excellent service every time. Managing Your Service Route:
Responsible for the daily operations of your Universal Service Route with strong time management. Tasks include: Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections. Monitor termite bait systems to ensure proper functioning. Problem-solve customer accounts to address current and future needs. Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied. Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, sales, and fellow service professionals, to ensure an outstanding experience for each customer. Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines. Safety First:
Maintain a safety-first mindset, especially when operating company equipment or driving the company vehicle, to protect yourself and others.
