Key Responsibilities Infant Care - Provide attentive, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care for infant
- Support all aspects of daily routines including feeding, naps, and diaper changes
- Bathe and dress the baby following high hygiene standards and safe practices
- Implement age-appropriate activities to encourage cognitive, emotional, social, and motor skill development, such as sensory play, tummy time, interactive reading, and language exposure
- Monitor the baby’s health and well-being, ensuring safety, comfort, and proper hygiene at all times
- Maintain accurate records of feedings, sleep, diaper changes, and developmental milestones
Family Support - Provide light household support directly related to the baby, including laundry, bottle washing, and tidying play and nursery areas
- Prepare healthy, balanced meals for the family and support basic kitchen tasks if needed
- Communicate proactively with parents about routines, milestones, and observations, and collaborate as a team to ensure consistent care
- Support the family’s evolving needs, adapting to changes in routines, schedules, and responsibilities as the baby grows and the parents’ needs change
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in all areas used by the baby, modeling hygiene-conscious practices

Minimum
5+ years of professional childcare experience , including infant care
Early Childhood Education certification

Infant CPR and First Aid certification required

Must be a non-smoker
Up-to-date on vaccinations
Authorized to work in the United States
Must be able to pass thorough background and reference checks
