is currently seeking a
Water and Wastewater Treatment Engineer
to serve as a Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager in our
Fort Worth or Denton, Texas
office. The role involves leading analysis, design, construction administration, and preparing technical reports, plans, and specifications for water treatment, wastewater treatment, reuse, and resource recovery projects. Candidates should have technical experience including municipal water and wastewater process design, civil/structural/mechanical/electrical design of treatment plants, treatment process studies, and construction contract management. Building and maintaining trusted relationships with clients and regulatory agencies is essential. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on Environmental Engineering or in Environmental Engineering. Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering preferred. At least 3 years of water and wastewater treatment experience, focusing on plant process evaluation, design, and construction. Strong communication, presentation, and sales skills. Professional Engineer (PE) license required or the ability to obtain one in Texas within 1 year. About Freese and Nichols
