Graham Technologies is hiring an Associate Industrial Security Specialist to support contract industrial security operations, including DD Form 254 development, Customer Assistance Visits (CAVs), facility clearance tracking, and NISPOM compliance support.
Location: Springfield, VA
Key Responsibilities:
Create, review, and update DD Form 254; manage industrial security communications (phones/email inboxes). Conduct CAVs to partner sites; document findings; provide NISPOM guidance. Track FCL and NID packages; coordinate with customer and external agencies. Maintain industrial security policy library; prepare trip reports and weekly activity updates. Use NISS, NCCS, DISS, SAM.gov, and similar systems to validate information. Represent Industrial Security in internal/external briefings and working groups. Required Skills:
Active TS/SCI with CI Poly 1-3 years executing 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM). Ability to travel up to 25% Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Preferred Skills:
