Responsibilities
Update bookkeeping systems, customer records, and sales databases to report your monthly and/or quarterly progress to goals to stakeholders
Devote an unprecedented level of personal attention when implementing a range of effective sales strategies proven to maintain and grow long-term customer base
Create tailored risk management strategies directly with clients that align with their risk profiles
Listen attentively to new and potential clients, evaluate their needs and their financial statuses, and propose ideal plan options for their unique circumstances and insurance needs
Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, and monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction
Qualifications
Fluency in Spanish, Vietnamese, and/or Chinese is preferred but not required Job seekers must have an insurance license Some experience with accounting or sales lead software is beneficial Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required Working knowledge of the insurance industry, insurance products risk management profiles, and related state and federal regulations Superb analytical, interpersonal communication, and customer service skills are needed to succeed in this role Compensation $120,000 at plan About New York Life - Robert Rice As a mutual company, with no investors or outside owners, New York Life is uniquely aligned with clients' interests and priorities.
