In this role, youwill work within a government/contractor team environment providing Electronic Nautical Chart Conversion, Production, and Review. Your duties will include but arenot limited to the following: Support existing and developing mission areas, including Digital Nautical Chart or Electronic Nautical Chart Conversion production. Perform cartographic and GIS analysis by extracting features from various sources, such as rasterized nautical charts, digital hydrographic survey data, and ortho-rectified imagery. Minimum Required Qualifications: 2+ years of relevant experience with a relevant Bachelor's Degree, OR a High School Diploma with4 years of experienceplusGPC Level I and II certification, ORa High School Diploma with5 years of relevant military or full-time geospatial professional experience. Experience in geography, cartography, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS), with proficiency in ArcGIS applications. Knowledge of digital cartography, GIS production techniques, and NGA digital data formats. Ability to analyze imagery and non-imagery source data for hydrographic products and databases. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in Nautical Maritime domains.
