Clinical Recruiter
to drive full-cycle recruitment for clinical roles, helping build a talented, compassionate team to support our integrated care model.
What You’ll Do You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical roles—including Nurse Practitioners, RN Case Managers, Clinical Managers, and more—across multiple states. Working closely with clinical and market leadership, you’ll craft and execute proactive hiring strategies, build strong pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process from intake to offer.
Screen and present top candidates aligned with role requirements and DaVita’s culture.
Collaborate with hiring managers on job descriptions, interview guides, and hiring plans.
Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Source candidates using job boards, social media, networks, and direct outreach.
Maintain a strong, multi-state pipeline with a focus on Advanced Practice Providers (NPs).
Stakeholder Management: Advise clinical and market leadership on hiring strategy and market insights.
Lead hiring debriefs and provide weekly updates on recruiting progress.
Candidate Experience & Branding: Ensure a smooth, engaging candidate journey.
Represent DaVita IKC’s mission, culture, and values in every interaction.
Contribute to branding efforts that showcase DaVita as an employer of choice.
Preferred Qualifications
5–8 years of clinical recruiting experience (in-house or retained search firm).
Proven success in recruiting Nurse Practitioners and licensed clinical professionals.
Proficient in sourcing tools.
Organized and able to manage multiple roles across different states.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working remotely and independently.
Bachelor’s degree.

The Salary Range for the role is $82,000.00-$121,000.00 per year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position. Please refer to location-specific wage details for more information.

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
