Financial Analyst
to join its Business Unit Finance team and play a key role in driving financial performance and strategic planning. Role
As a Financial Analyst, you\'ll support FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis. You\'ll partner closely with operations and leadership to deliver insights, improve performance, and support long-term planning. Responsibilities
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes Analyze KPIs, financial performance, and operational cash flow Prepare management reports and variance analysis Support monthly close, audits, and division-level accounting tasks Collaborate cross-functionally to define business targets Provide insights on pricing, cost analysis, and capital investments Transform large data sets into actionable business intelligence Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Strong FP&A experience, including reporting, forecasting, and analysis Deep understanding of financial principles, risk management, and cash flow Experience with ERP systems and financial tools (e.g., Power BI, Oracle, D365) Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams Preferred: MBA, MACC, CPA, CMA, or CFA This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys turning data into strategy.
