The main duties of the Server Assistant are to clear and reset tables as needed, support service staff with table maintenance issues, and ensure guest satisfaction by leaving a positive impression on guests.
Season Period:
October 2025 - January 15, 2026
Salary:
$16.66/hour + tips (hourly rate increases to $17.13 on January 1).

Responsibilities
Clear and reset tables to standards.
Ensure silverware is not spotted or fingerprinted and glassware is not chipped.
Work carefully to avoid breakage and loss.
Keep refillable beverages full.
Notify server when bringing coffee, tea, or other beverages to tables so that these beverages can be charged properly.
Inform server of potential issues with guests.
Stock/restock appropriate linens.
Stock/restock station with appropriate glasses, plates, and saucers.
Complete assigned side work (side work is not optional and will be checked out by the manager on duty).
Comply with all Suncadia policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Availability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Current Washington state food handler permit required, OR ability to obtain permit within 30 days of hire.
Ability to work well with others and function well in a fast‑paced environment.
Able to communicate well with team members and customers.
Knowledge of food and beverage products.
