Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr
Director of Recruitment & Business Development
Oversee and manage the
monthly, quarterly, and year-end close
process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Prepare and review
financial statements
in accordance with
U.S. GAAP .
Maintain and strengthen
internal controls
to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
Support
budgeting and forecasting
by providing accurate actuals, variance explanations, and financial insights.
Lead and mentor members of the accounting team (GL, AR/AP, Payroll, etc.).
Manage
account reconciliations , journal entries, accruals, and fixed asset accounting.
Coordinate and support
external audits
and regulatory filings.
Assist with process improvement initiatives to streamline accounting operations and enhance system efficiencies.
Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, operations, and business leaders on financial analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance;
CPA strongly preferred .
5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, including
public accounting or corporate accounting leadership .
Strong knowledge of
GAAP , internal controls, and month-end close procedures.
Proficiency with
ERP systems
(NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and
advanced Excel skills .
Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem‑solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate across departments.
