About RoomPriceGenie ✨♂️

Founded in 2017, RoomPriceGenie is dedicated to helping hoteliers around the globe achieve optimal pricing. We understand that many small hotels face challenges with digitalization, making their operations increasingly complex and often resulting in lost revenue. We have developed a powerful solution that enables hotels to set the right prices in just seconds. Our state‑of‑the‑art algorithm analyzes internal hotel data and market trends to recommend pricing strategies that enhance revenue and improve booking rates. With customers across the globe—including the USA, Canada, Iceland, South Africa, China, Slovenia, Italy, and the UK—RoomPriceGenie has made a meaningful impact in the hospitality industry, and our clients love the results.

Your Role

As the Product Manager for our Revenue Management team at RoomPriceGenie, you will play a pivotal role in building the next generation of AI‑powered pricing tools. You’ll lead a cross‑functional team of data scientists and engineers, collaborating closely with key stakeholders such as our CSO & founder Ari, to turn rich, complex datasets into simple, intuitive pricing insights that help thousands of independent hotels compete smarter.

Key Responsibilities Product Vision & Strategy

Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for our revenue optimization and pricing strategy tools.

Align roadmap with company strategy, user feedback, and emerging AI capabilities.

Champion simplicity: translate complex pricing logic and statistical models into tools that hoteliers actually understand and use.

Inspire a product culture that values clarity, explainability, and impact.

Data‑Powered Product Design

Work closely with data scientists and data engineers to design features powered by advanced models.

Understand and challenge algorithms, forecast models, and statistical methods behind pricing logic.

Distill technical insights into clear product stories and experiences that drive user trust and action.

Feature Development

Drive the delivery of product features end‑to‑end, from opportunity assessment to shipped functionality.

Translate insights into well‑scoped user stories that reflect real customer needs.

Prioritize and plan while balancing technical feasibility and business impact.

Collaboration

Work together with engineers, designers, researchers and other functions like Revenue Management, Integrations, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver impact successfully.

Communicate clearly across technical and non‑technical audiences.

Customer Understanding & Feedback Loops

Talk to customers regularly and uncover hidden friction in their revenue management workflows.

Together with customer researchers, synthesize feedback into product strategy and improvements that drive user adoption, retention, and satisfaction.

Explain technical topics simply: if you can explain a regression to a five‑year‑old, we want to talk.

Metrics & Impact

Define, track, and own product KPIs around adoption, retention, and revenue uplift.

Partner with the data engineering team to ensure the data infrastructure supports robust reporting.

Use data—not guesswork—to inform decisions.

Your Profile

Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS, leading cross‑functional teams with data scientists and data engineers.

Experience working in highly analytical, data‑rich environments (e.g., SaaS, fintech, analytics, ML/AI platforms).

Proven ability to make complex systems radically simple—whether in product design, communication, or user experience.

Passion for AI and excitement about how LLMs and machine learning are reshaping software.

Soft Skills

Excellent communicator: can explain complicated ideas simply and inspire diverse audiences.

Curious, structured thinker with strong product intuition.

Empathetic listener with a bias for action.

Confident asking “why” until it’s clear—and explaining “how” until it clicks.

Nice to Have

Industry experience: previous experience in the hotel industry or familiarity with revenue management systems.

Strong quantitative background (e.g., statistics, math, computer science, data science). You don’t need to build models, but you should understand and challenge them.
