As a Technical Support Specialist based in Lincoln, NE, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our advanced technology infrastructure. This ground-breaking opportunity allows you to collaborate and innovate with state-of-the-art technology while developing your skills within a supportive community. Responsibilities

PC Desktop and Smartphone Support: Offer outstanding assistance to staff by resolving hardware and software problems. Repair devices like printers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. Software Solutions: Offer solutions for desktop applications including Microsoft Windows, Office 360 Suite, Adobe products, TEAMS, Zoom, and other essential software. Brightstar Specific Applications: Manage and troubleshoot Brightstar-specific applications such as Navigator, TouchPoint Master, Whats-Up-Gold, HPOpenView, and others. Cross-Training: Collaborate with the Lincoln Operations team to ensure coverage during absences and share knowledge across roles. System Backups and Maintenance: Perform bi-annual backups of critical systems and routine maintenance on non-critical devices. Device Imaging: Reimage or erase devices as required. Asset Management: Maintain records of technology-related assets using Easy Vista. AV Support: Provide support for digital projectors and conference room equipment. Facilities Support: Assist with facilities-related tasks including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and emergency systems. Contractor Coordination: Accompany non-backgrounded contractors and ensure accurate check-out and documentation of their work. Security and Safety: Conduct routine inspections and participate in safety and security meetings to ensure compliance and address concerns. Business Continuity: Update and review the Business Continuity Plan and participate in related meetings. Collaboration with Networking Teams: Work with enterprise networking teams to troubleshoot service outages. Retailer Support: Assist individual retailers with complex issues and coordinate with Field Service Managers for resolution. Qualifications

Education: High School degree or equivalent; associates degree preferred. Experience: 1 year of related experience is required. Keys to Success

These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting salary range is $33,800 - $85,176. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable. Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles may be eligible for short-term incentive or other discretionary bonuses. More senior roles may be eligible for long-term incentive bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
