Design resources and tools to promote a culture of continuous performance management within Workday Manage the Percipio/Skillsoft LMS platform to enhance employee development and learning initiatives Develop communication materials and toolkits to facilitate employee engagement and training evaluation Optimize Workday tools for effective succession planning and talent review processes Coordinate day-to-day talent management processes with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment What is Required (Qualifications)
Five (5) years of progressive HR experience focused on Talent Management functions Demonstrated experience in Performance Management, Learning and Development, Succession Planning, or Organizational Effectiveness Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Workday HCM, particularly in talent management modules Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) administration Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Professional certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, or talent management certification) Instructional design experience with the ability to create engaging learning content Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies Experience with change management and organizational development initiatives #EducationTechnology #TalentManagement #RemoteWork #CareerGrowth #EmployeeDevelopment
