Job Summary:

The HR Onboarding Specialist at JLL is responsible for the administration of onboarding operations and providing exceptional support to new hires joining our data center client account. This role demands exceptional organizational acumen, superior communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail to deliver a seamless, positive onboarding experience. The HR Onboarding Specialist serves as a partner in ensuring smooth workforce transitions and fostering early employee engagement and productivity. Key Responsibilities

Onboarding Program Management: Lead end-to-end onboarding operations for the data center client account, orchestrating a structured and efficient experience for JLL employees

Onboarding Program Management: Serve as the primary liaison and point of contact for vendor partners requiring employee onboarding support

System & Documentation: Manage collection and verification of required documentation and ensure timely completion of pre-employment requirements, including background screenings and drug testing protocols

System & Documentation: Prepare and distribute comprehensive onboarding materials and training resources

Systems Administration & Documentation

Create and maintain accurate employee profiles in HRIS and related systems, ensuring data integrity and up-to-date information

Systems Administration & Documentation: Coordinate provisioning of equipment, technology access, and system credentials for new hires

Systems Administration & Documentation: Assist new employees with completion of essential paperwork, including employment forms, benefits enrollment, and payroll documentation

Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to ensure seamless transition from recruitment to onboarding

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate targeted training and development activities for new hires

Stay current on company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations to ensure full compliance throughout the onboarding process

Relationship Management

Foster positive relationships with new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed, supported, and successfully integrated into their teams

Provide ongoing guidance and support, addressing questions and concerns throughout the onboarding journey

Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to all data protection policies

Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience

Previous experience in onboarding, HR coordination, or similar operational roles

Core Competencies

Exceptional organizational and time management skills with proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders

Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and employee record management

Compensation & Location

Estimated compensation for this position: 60,000.00 – 70,000.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
