We’re looking for an organized, people-focused
HR Coordinator & Office Manager
to help keep our workplace running smoothly and our team supported. In this role, you’ll handle the day-to-day HR operations—supporting recruiting, onboarding, and employee programs—while also managing office logistics, supplies, and coordination.
You’ll be the go-to person for both employees and leadership when it comes to HR processes, culture initiatives, and keeping the office environment efficient and welcoming. If you’re detail-oriented, love helping people, and enjoy creating a positive, well‑organized workspace, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do Human Resources Support
Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
Help coordinate recruitment activities—post job openings, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communication.
Support benefits administration, leave tracking, and general HR compliance needs.
Maintain and update employee information in HR systems and ensure data accuracy.
Help organize employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and recognition programs.
Serve as a friendly point of contact for HR‑related questions and day‑to‑day employee needs.
Office Management
Oversee daily office operations—supplies, equipment, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Support logistics for meetings, company events, and celebrations.
Coordinate communication across departments to ensure smooth operations and collaboration.
What You’ll Bring
3–5 years of experience in HR coordination, office management, or administrative support.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and follow‑through.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you’re approachable and professional.
Comfort with HR systems, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and general technology tools.
A proactive, can‑do attitude—you anticipate needs and take initiative.
Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
