The Bizarre Agency
Graduate Management Trainee - Entry-Level | Sales Focused
Location:
Miami, FL
Type:
Full-Time
Are you ready to grow into a leadership role while supporting causes that matter? The Bizarre Agency is seeking a driven individual who’s excited about jumping into the world of event-based outreach. This is a hands‑on trainee role for someone who sees the bigger picture: leading teams, mastering people engagement, and making charity brands unforgettable in public spaces.
As part of our fast‑track program, you’ll rotate through multiple core responsibilities, from pop‑up event execution to team shadowing, before gradually taking on management tasks. Our clients are high‑impact charity organizations, and your mission is to bring their purpose to life in busy retail and high‑footfall environments.
Your Day‑to‑Day
Support and lead small event teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Deliver engaging, confident presentations to the public about important causes
Learn performance tracking and reporting metrics from experienced team leads
Assist with staff onboarding and team motivation as your confidence grows
Contribute to brainstorming and feedback sessions on new campaign ideas
What You’ll Grow Into (Managerial Duties) As you progress in the role, you'll transition from supporting events to overseeing campaign performance and mentoring new team members. Managerial responsibilities will include:
Setting daily and weekly targets for your team and holding performance reviews
Leading morning briefings and end‑of‑day debriefs with event staff
Conducting coaching sessions to improve communication and outreach quality
Collaborating with senior leadership to provide feedback on event logistics and staff development
Playing a key role in the hiring process by participating in candidate trials and assessments
This is a development‑first role, where leadership is built through direct experience, with continuous support from our senior team.
You’ll Thrive Here If You Are
A natural team player with leadership ambitions
Organized, with strong time management skills
Curious about how teams, campaigns, and client relations all connect
Energized by face‑to‑face interaction and public speaking
Looking for long‑term growth, not just a short‑term gig
Compensation and Progression This role is performance‑based, with regular reviews that offer fast progression into management‑level responsibilities. Personal bonuses are available for high achievers, alongside team‑wide incentives.
Next Steps If you're ready to build real skills, make a difference, and grow within a creative team, we want to hear from you.
Shortlisted candidates will be contacted within 2–3 business days to discuss their suitability for the role.
