The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn the art and science of specialist recruitment from the ground up. This isn't order-taking - this is true consultative sales, relationship building, and talent advisory. You'll be trained to operate as a "360 recruiter," meaning you'll own the full desk: winning clients, finding talent, and closing deals.

Your day-to-day will include:

Business Development : Identifying and approaching potential clients (hiring managers at banks, law firms, and professional services firms), pitching your services, and winning exclusive recruitment mandates

Headhunting : Sourcing passive candidates through creative outreach, networking, LinkedIn, and good old-fashioned phone work

Candidate Management : Screening, interviewing, and qualifying top-tier professionals while becoming their trusted career advisor

Client Consultation : Understanding hiring needs, advising on market conditions, managing expectations, and delivering shortlists of qualified talent

Deal Closing : Negotiating offers, managing counteroffers, and ensuring successful placements from start to finish

Market Expertise : Developing deep knowledge of your specialist sector and becoming a go-to resource for industry insights

10-12+ months of successful experience in

sales, business development, account management, or recruitment

Proven track record of hitting targets and performing in a competitive environment
