HIRING IMMEDIATELY Sunstates Security is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Security Officers in the Huntsville, AL area. These positions offer a pay rate of $17.00/hr with weekly pay. Benefits Benefits
Full-Time: Industry-leading benefits include weekly pay, 401(k) savings plan with company match, medical, dental, and vision benefits, employee referral bonuses, paid time off, premium holiday pay, tuition reimbursement, and more – available for qualified candidates. Part-Time: Eligible for a 401(k) with employer match (up to 8%) for those who work 20 hours/week (minimum 500 hours/year) and have completed six months of service with Sunstates Security. 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Requirements Requirements
Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends. Ability to stand, sit, bend, reach, and/or walk up to 45 minutes consistently. 1+ years of experience in a customer service role. Truck gate experience preferred. AL security license preferred. Exceptional customer service and critical thinking skills. CPR certification preferred. Basic computer skills. Responsibilities Responsibilities
Ensure the security of the area, including outside premises. Enforce rules and regulations. Report writing (daily activity, incident, visitor logs, maintenance items, etc.). Check in visitors, ensure policies are followed, conduct foot patrols, and manage access control. Monitor CCTV cameras and equipment. Other duties as assigned by management. Notes A Security Officer may perform duties as specified by Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and act quickly according to directives. Education Requirements Education Requirements
