As the Staffing Coordinator (CMA) at Noble Health Care Center in Noble, OK you will serve as the primary contact for all staffing functions at the facility. Key Responsibilities
Staffing for all nursing personnel (RN, LPN, CMA, CNAs)
Process applications for all positions
Schedule and conduct interviews with qualified applicants/candidates
Complete new hire reference checks, license/certification verifications
Review staffing routinely and adjust based on census
Conduct clinical portion of the new hire orientation
Conduct drug testing of all new hires
Maintain attendance records, excused/unexcused absences
Set up, track and log attendance for all State mandated In-services and In-services as required by Administrator and DON
Annual Proficiency Testing for Certified Nurse Aides
May participate in assessment and evaluation of nursing staff
Maintain copies and track nurse and nurse aide licenses
Track, audit and administer TB tests, Flu Shots, etc. for Residents and Employees
Qualifications
Current, valid licensure as a CMA is required
Previous experience in a nursing home or home health setting providing care to geriatric-age patients
Previous scheduling experience required; KRONOS experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal skills
