Staff Property and Asset Management Analyst: 7689-1* - R10211229-2 Location: Roy, UT or Huntsville, AL. Program: Sentinel (GBSD) Ground Base Strategic Deterrent. What You’ll Get To Do
Oversee, lead, manage, and analyze activities related to property management standards and practices to ensure company, customer, and US Government property on site and at subcontractor sites are managed and controlled in accordance with regulations and policies. Establish and maintain complete lifecycle property accountability records and ensure property systems remain compliant across all phases of the lifecycle. Maintain documentation to support lifecycle transactional events, determine condition, and lead proper disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment. Familiarity with contractual terms that drive company requirements and obligations. Host and lead internal and external Property Business System audits; analyze results for financial and operational purposes; provide guidance on contracts and regulations; develop, recommend, and implement property management policy; and prepare periodic and special reports. Oversee, manage, and analyze activities related to asset management systems to ensure property is managed in accordance with regulations and NG procedures. Conduct internal and external property assessments and analyze results for financial and operational purposes. Provide guidance on contracts and regulations pertaining to property life-cycle management and contractual requirements. Prepare periodic and special-purpose reports on property and material reviews, inventory planning, GFP, PIEE GFP module status, and other ad-hoc reports. Conduct property surveillance reviews at supplier and subcontractor sites; provide various material and tagged asset reports. Coordinate annual physical inventory activity with Program and Functional area Property Focal Points (PFPs). Perform contractor self-assessment (CSA) in accordance with NG processes and procedures. Coordinate with multiple disciplines to ensure processes and documentation meet USG FAR regulations and NG procedures. Develop, recommend, and implement property management policy; assist and guide team members as necessary. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of Government Property & Asset Management experience or Master’s with 10 years of experience; or 14 years of stated experience in lieu of degree. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance. Knowledge of Government Property contractual requirements, including FAR Part 45, FAR 52.245-1, and DFARS property management clauses. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel (formulas, charts, pivot tables) and PowerPoint. Nice To Have
Current NPMA CPPM certification. Working knowledge of internal tools (e.g., SAP) and external tools (PIEE GFP Module). Ability to interact and communicate with Government counterparts and NG senior leadership. Ability to analyze data for reporting and to thrive in a fast-paced environment with diverse assignments. Compensation and Benefits
Primary Level Salary Range: $111,000.00 - $184,000.00. The offered range reflects general guidelines; base salary offers consider scope, responsibilities, candidate experience, education, skills, and market conditions. Eligible for overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses where applicable. Long-Term Incentives may apply for certain leadership positions. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, holidays, and PTO.
