Oversee, lead/manage, and analyze activities associated with property management standards and practices to ensure company, customer and US Government property on site and at subcontractor sites are managed in accordance with applicable regulations and policies to achieve best value and operational excellence with an approved Property Business System. Establish and maintain complete lifecycle property accountability records and ensure property systems remain compliant across all phases of the lifecycle. Maintain proper documentation to support each lifecycle transactional event, determine condition and lead proper disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment. Familiarize yourself with contractual terms that drive company requirements and obligations. Host and lead internal and external Property Business System audits and analyze results for financial and operational purposes; provide guidance on contracts and regulations pertaining to property lifecycle management; develop, recommend, and implement property management policy; and prepare periodic and special purpose reports relevant to taxes, leasing, insurance, facility usage, etc. Oversee, manage and analyze activities associated with asset business systems to ensure company, customer and US Government property on site and at subcontractors are managed in accordance with applicable regulations and policies to achieve best value and operational excellence. Conduct internal and external property assessments and analyze results for financial and operational purposes. Provide guidance on contracts and regulations pertaining to property lifecycle management and contractual requirements. Prepare periodic and special purpose reports related to property and material reviews, physical inventory planning, GFP, PIEE GFP module status, and other ad-hoc reports as needed. Conduct property surveillance reviews at supplier and subcontractor sites and provide various material and tagged asset reports. Coordinate annual physical inventory activity with Program and Functional area PFPs (Property Focal Points). Perform contractor self-assessment (CSA) in accordance with NG processes and procedures. Coordinate with multiple disciplines to ensure processes are performed and documentation is maintained as required by USG FAR regulations and NG procedures. You’ll Bring These Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 12 or more years of experience in Government Property & Asset Management or a master’s degree with 10 years of stated experience or 14 years of stated experience in lieu of degree Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance Diverse knowledge of Government Property related contractual requirements, including FAR Part 45, FAR 52.245-1, and DFARS property management clauses Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel formulas, charts, pivot tables and PowerPoint Nice To Have Current NPMA CPPM Working knowledge with internal tools (i.e. SAP) and external tools (PIEE GFP Module) to meet NG contract obligations Ability to interact and effectively communicate with Government counterparts and Northrop Grumman senior leadership Ability to compute, analyze, and interpret data for reporting purposes Thrives in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and diverse assignments Additional Information

Primary Level Salary Range: $111,000.00 - $184,000.00 The above salary range is a general guideline; Northrop Grumman considers multiple factors in base salary offers, including scope, responsibilities, candidate experience, education, skills, and market conditions. Overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses may apply. Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance, life and disability insurance, a savings plan, company paid holidays and PTO.
