We are expanding our sales team and need a talented life insurance agent to grow our client base and support existing clients. You’ll help clients navigate their insurance needs and provide excellent service day‑to‑day.
Compensation $87,000 - $98,000
Responsibilities
Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping.
Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims.
Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintaining existing clients, including booking appointments, responding to inquiries, assessing insurance eligibility, and handling claim submission questions related to billing and policies.
Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long‑term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations.
Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via networking, referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies to bring in new business.
Qualifications
Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred.
Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
Life insurance license (or willingness to obtain).
Reliable transportation for client meetings.
Smartphone, laptop/tablet, and basic tech skills.
