Position Overview The Client Relationship Representative reports to the Sr. Client Relationship Manager and supports the team’s efforts to generate, maintain, and expand business opportunities with new. This position provides exposure to High Net Worth client management while learning industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Support lead generation efforts and assist in converting prospective customers
Execute outbound sales strategies as directed by senior team members
Learn and effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients
Provide exceptional customer service to precious metals investors
Assist in managing client contact lists and maintaining regular follow‑up schedules
Record and track sales activities and client interactions
Support high‑net‑worth customers with professional, attentive service
Respond to customer inquiries and identify their needs
Build positive relationships through clear and helpful communication
Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system
Assist marketing team with sales campaign execution
Participate in training programs to develop product knowledge and sales skills
Support senior team members with special projects as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2‑4 years of sales experience (financial services preferred)
Experience in the precious metals space preferred but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM platforms (HubSpot)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good listening skills and customer‑focused mindset
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities
Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment
Willing to re‑locate / Must report in‑office a minimum of 3 days a week to the Savannah, GA office
