Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service to candidates throughout the interview and pre‑employment processes. This position requires an individual who can effectively coordinate interviews, manage travel logistics, and maintain compliance with recruitment regulations.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to candidates throughout the interview and pre‑employment processes, including scheduling interviews and phone screens, sending welcome emails, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
Coordinate travel needs and logistics for external onsite interviews.
Coordinate internal and external applicant interviews.
Develop relationships through effective communication skills, executing on commitments, and follow‑through with hiring managers, candidates, internal support partners, and the HR organization.
Avoid legal challenges by understanding and enforcing regulations related to fair recruitment practices, complying with federal, state, and company policies such as OFCCP, EEO, and ADA.
Update candidate statuses in the Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) and perform other job duties as assigned.

Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and manage workload/priorities
Strong verbal and written communication skills in a professional business environment
Proactive customer service skills with a bias for action and delivering on commitments
Work Environment This role requires working in the office five days a week. The candidate will engage with various professionals in a dynamic environment, utilizing technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems to efficiently manage recruitment processes.
Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Cockeysville, Maryland.
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
