We are seeking a driven and ambitious Agent in Training to join our team. In this role, the Agent in Training will develop new client relationships, provide tailored insurance solutions, and drive sales across multiple product lines. The ideal candidate for the Agent in Training position is entrepreneurial, competitive, and customer‑focused, with a passion for building a long‑term career in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities
Build and manage a portfolio of clients through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community involvement
Consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend the best coverage options across Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by generating new business and cross‑selling to existing clients
Deliver exceptional service to maintain strong client relationships and ensure policy renewals
Stay informed on industry trends, product offerings, and compliance requirements
Requirements
Sales experience preferred (insurance, financial services, real estate, or related industries)
Must have or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
Goal‑oriented and self‑motivated with the ability to thrive in a performance‑driven environment
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow into a long‑term career opportunity
