Position Summary The Financial Analyst I is an entry-level position responsible for performing routine financial planning and analysis tasks. This role requires guidance and direction from senior team members and focuses on completing specific tasks to support the financial health and strategic goals of the organization.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Conduct basic financial analysis to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Compile and analyze data to identify trends and variances.
Support the development of financial models and projections.
Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management.
Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary financial information.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.

Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
0-2 years of entry level experience.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
Experience or desire to learn SQL/Python/R.
Experience or desire to learn Microsoft Fabric (Power BI).
