About Our Client:
Addison Group is partnering with a respected accounting and tax advisory firm to identify an organized and dependable Office Administrator. This role supports daily office operations and provides administrative assistance to a team of accounting professionals in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
Job Description:
The Office Administrator will assist in managing administrative functions, coordinating client communications, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to support multiple priorities with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee front desk and office functions, including mail, calls, and appointment scheduling
Maintain calendars and assist in scheduling client and internal meetings
Process, organize, and safeguard confidential client and tax documentation
Assist with billing, invoicing, and follow‑up on outstanding payments
Monitor and manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and equipment needs
Support accounting staff with administrative tasks and internal reporting
Prepare and maintain client records and ensure compliance with office policies
Troubleshoot basic IT or operational issues and elevate when necessary
Contribute to maintaining an efficient and professional office environment
Contract‑to‑hire opportunity with long‑term potential

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience providing administrative support (experience in a tax, financial, or professional services firm preferred)
Strong organizational, communication, and time‑management abilities

Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with UltraTax or similar accounting software preferred
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing documentation and data
Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadlines
