Our client is seeking a skilled
Graphic Design Specialist
to support their marketing and product teams through impactful visual design. This role is responsible for creating, updating, and managing direct-to-consumer product packaging, ensuring all artwork aligns with brand guidelines and meets applicable regulatory and labeling requirements. The Graphic Design Specialist will also produce product photography, digital assets, and physical mockups—bringing concepts to life from initial idea through final production.
In addition, this position will collaborate closely with marketing to design brochures, sales materials, trade show collateral, signage, e‑commerce imagery, and advertising content that strengthen brand awareness and support strategic business initiatives.
Onsite, first‑shift role, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop all product packaging and label artwork from concept through final production.
Collaborate with outside design agencies, printers, and customers to manage packaging artwork projects—including die lines, revisions, and pre‑press preparation.
Create packaging prototypes and visual concepts for new product launches and business initiatives.
Produce compelling product and lifestyle photography for marketing and advertising use.
Create original digital content—including videos, animations, and GIFs—to support campaigns.
Capture and edit high‑quality product images using cameras and lightbox equipment.
Maintain an organized physical sample library and digital photo archive of product packaging, competitive samples, and brand imagery.
Support e‑commerce initiatives by updating storefronts, listing photos, product videos, and online marketing content.
Assist with additional marketing design needs as assigned.
Requirements
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere).
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field, plus
2–3 years of relevant experience .
Ability to read and interpret product specifications, labeling guidelines, and technical/business documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to multiple levels of leadership.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
