Graphic Design Specialist

Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $58,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of product packaging and label artwork from initial concept to final production for retail initiatives
Collaborate with external design agencies, printers, and customers to manage packaging artwork projects, including die line setup and final print execution
Create packaging prototypes and physical product samples to support new product launches and strategic initiatives
Partner with the marketing team to produce high-quality, on-brand product and lifestyle photography for use in advertising and promotional content
Design original multimedia assets including videos, GIFs, and animations for marketing campaigns
Capture product images using a digital camera and light box, applying basic styling and staging techniques for optimal visual presentation
Maintain a physical sample library of customer and competitor products, along with raw materials used for sample creation
Organize and manage a digital photo archive of branded product packaging and production facilities for use in marketing, recruitment, and web content
Support the marketing team in updating and managing branded storefronts, product listings, imagery, and video content across all ecommerce platforms
Qualifications & Requirements
BA/BS in Graphic Design, Advertising Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2–3 years of relevant professional experience
Detail-oriented, proactive collaborator with strong written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere)
Ability to work onsite Mon-Fri
