Key Role Responsibilities: Collaborate with Product Owners to establish a prioritized backlog of Product Backlog Level 4's (PBL4's) that align with the product vision, ensuring clarity in defining the "who, what, why", and Acceptance Criteria for each item. Primary Contact for PBL4 Clarifications: Serve as the point of contact for all clarifications related to Product Backlog Level 4's (PBL4), ensuring stakeholders have the necessary support and understanding of requirements. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to identify and understand their needs and challenges, facilitating communication to the project team. Test Scenario Identification: Assist in identifying test scenarios and data critical for unit testing and ensure criteria are met for successful testing outcomes. Support Testers: Translate functional requirements and use cases into specific test conditions and expected results, contributing to a thorough testing process. System and Integration Demos: Participate in planning and execution of system and integration demos to allow stakeholders to assess progress and provide feedback. Verification of Deliverables: Help verify that delivered PBL4's align with Sprint / Increment Goals, ensuring high-quality outputs. Change Management Collaboration: Work with change management and system engineering teams to support a smooth ERP deployment and user adoption. Process Improvement Champion: Become familiar with the Transcend global template solution and identify opportunities for process improvements to align with the global solution and industry standards. Expand Subject Matter Expertise: Build knowledge in both Electrophysiology and Neurovascular processes to enhance system configuration and processes. Education and Knowledge Expansion: Maintain a foundation in relevant fields and pursue growth in related domains as needed. Qualifications
Process and Requirements Facilitation: Demonstrated ability to facilitate discussions around process requirements and drive alignment across business needs. Self-Management and Resilience: Strong self-management skills in ambiguity and dynamic environments. Detail Orientation: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to analyze and design effective business processes. Escalation Communication: Know when to escalate decisions to the Product Owner with clear communication of urgency and risk. Clear Direction: Ability to provide clear direction to the team on required clarifications to facilitate efficient progress. Thorough Documentation: Strong documentation skills, particularly in writing Product Backlog Level 4's (PBL4's) and Acceptance Criteria that meet project standards. Collaborative Approach: Willingness to collaborate with team members to resolve impediments and provide clarifications. Holistic Solution Articulation: Ability to articulate the holistic benefits of the ERP solution from a business perspective. Sense of Urgency: Proactive drive to meet team goals while maintaining quality. Functional Expertise in Supply Chain: Deep understanding of end-to-end (E2E) supply chain processes and interconnections across functional areas. E2E Knowledge: Strong understanding of E2E Supply Chain processes and cross-functional interactions. SME In-Depth Knowledge: Deep knowledge of Electrophysiology and/or Neurovascular Make & Quality processes and systems. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred. Lean / Six Sigma: Experience or certification in Lean or Six Sigma processes is preferred. Additional Information
Travel: This position may require up to 10% travel. Compensation: The anticipated pay range for this position for California applicants is $105,000.00 to $148,690.50. For other locations, the range is $91,000.00 to $129,472.00.
