Quality Technician

Responsibilities
Conduct part measurements using quality inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, and inspection gauges.
Read and interpret blueprints and customer CAD prints to ensure accurate inspection against dimensions and part tolerances.
Identify non-conforming products and take corrective actions.
Support the Quality Department by ensuring part quality and proper dimensioning.
Apply knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 quality standards and statistical process control.
Utilize basic computer skills and quality-related software for reporting and documentation.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 – 5 years of hands‑on technical experience in production QA inspection.
Proficiency with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and CAD prints.
Experience in metals inspection, preferably in metal stamping, metal fabrication, or CNC machining.
Basic understanding of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 quality standards.
Knowledge of statistical process control and GD&T interpretation.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and quality‑related software.
Pay & Benefits Pay range:
$25.00 – $30.00 per hour
