Requirements:
3 or more years of experience with Network Administration (Cisco and Palo Alto Firewalls).
Proficiency in Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
Experience with Local Area Network (LAN), WLAN, and Wide Area Network (WAN) environments.
Experience with enterprise wireless network deployments and upgrades.
Experience with monitoring and identifying issues using a ticketing system.
Experience with wireless assessment tools (e.g., Ekahau Sidekick) and heatmaps.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily assignments for installation, deployment, and diagnostics of network infrastructure.
Perform enterprise wireless network deployments, installations, and upgrades.
Monitor and identify issues with agency wireless networks and remediate problems.
Serve as the first and second tier of support for wireless and network connectivity requests.
Assist with ISE registration of devices on the network.
Perform firmware/software/security upgrades and other maintenance tasks.
Follow Change Management process and provide status updates to management.
