Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a Wastewater Assistant Engineer for our Cincinnati, Detroit, Nashville, Memphis, Columbus, Cleveland or Twin Cities offices within the Midwest region. As part of our Water/Wastewater team you will be involved in a wide range of water, wastewater, reuse, and infrastructure projects, which can include treatment, distribution, and collection systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities to include working on a project team from initial studies and conceptual design through construction of treatment facilities.

Field work and site visits from design through construction may be required.

Required Qualifications:

B.S. degree in environmental, civil, chemical, or mechanical engineering (MS preferred)

EIT or plan to obtain

0-4 years’ of experience

Candidate must possess excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Must be proficient in all computer software typically used (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Candidate must have strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

CADD and other software (GIS, etc.) skills will be considered a plus.
