Overview

A leading law firm in Colorado seeks an experienced Senior Advanced Tax Strategies Paralegal with deep knowledge of corporate governance and estate planning to manage complex client structures and support attorneys and clients in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Corporate Governance Support : Draft governance documents (operating agreements, bylaws, shareholder agreements) and assist with closing checklists and post-closing binders. Transaction Coordination : Support attorneys on complex restructurings and sophisticated transactions through document review and integration. Entity Compliance Backup : Provide occasional assistance with entity formation, EIN procurement, and compliance tasks. Estate Planning Assistance : Prepare trust instruments, powers of attorney, deeds, and related estate planning documents; coordinate trust funding and ownership transfers. Asset & Structure Management : Maintain organizational charts and asset schedules for family offices and tiered entity structures. Client & Advisor Liaison : Coordinate with clients, CPAs, fiduciaries, and financial institutions; manage execution of legal documents and meeting materials. Research & Compliance Monitoring : Conduct limited jurisdiction-specific research, track regulatory changes, and maintain accurate records in document systems. Leadership & Mentorship : Guide junior paralegals, contribute to process improvements, and enhance team efficiency. Qualifications

Extensive Experience : 7+ years as a paralegal with expertise in corporate governance and estate planning/private client services. Technical Proficiency : Skilled in corporate management platforms (e.g., CSC, hCue) and legal document management systems. Complex Documentation Skills : Adept at preparing governance and estate planning documents for multi-entity and wealth transfer strategies. Confidentiality & Discretion : Proven ability to manage sensitive client and family office matters securely. Project & Communication Excellence : Thrives in managing multiple sophisticated projects while communicating clearly with attorneys, clients, and advisors. Adaptability & Growth Mindset : Flexible in hybrid/remote environments, anticipates needs, and committed to continuous learning and process improvement. Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, standard business hours. Pay

$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Location
