About the Job As a Senior Zone Outreach Manager (ZOM), you will drive volume to our store locations through business outreach while maintaining operational excellence. You will partner with store and multi‑unit leadership to source outreach opportunities, drive outreach leads, and provide tools and resources to maximize local outreach volume. This position reports to the Director of Outreach Operations.
What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities
Travel up to 50% of the time to stores with Regional Managers, identifying key outreach opportunities and empowering teams to generate outreach volume.
Provide direction and support to the Assistant Store Manager of Outreach in all relevant aspects, focusing on achieving outreach performance goals.
Drive awareness for hyper‑local events through marketing tools and social channels.
Attend high‑profile outreach events within the zone to boost outreach volume and support local relationships.
Support regional outreach efforts to bring local business partnerships to new store openings and relocations.
Collaborate with multi‑unit leadership to identify operational opportunities across the territory to optimize processes and drive efficiencies.
Serve as the first line of support for stores by staying informed on corporate communications, directives, initiatives, and policies.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring | Skills and Qualifications
7+ years of retail or multi‑unit sales management experience (or equivalent).
Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent experience (work experience may substitute).
Proven ability to set, track, and achieve performance goals and KPIs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer‑service orientation with a desire to satisfy internal and external customers.
Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute business plans.
Ability to prioritize under time constraints and manage multiple projects independently.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of in‑store and back‑office systems such as POS/Putty, Oracle, PeopleSoft, and Workforce Management.
Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
Work at a computer keyboard for extended periods.
Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily.
Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
Visual, speech, hearing, hand and eye coordination, and manual dexterity required for computer and office equipment.
Position is remote; candidate should reside in Houston or Dallas near a major airport.
50% local and air travel required as needed.

Compensation The starting salary for this position is $75,000–$90,000 depending on merit and length of service. An additional 10% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus may be available. Base pay is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws.
