About The Job
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a
Procurement Analyst
to join our Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Department team.
What You’ll Do
Supplier Management: Monitor vendor performance standards by analyzing KPIs and recommending action plans.
Cost Analysis: Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize spending.
Dashboard & Reporting: Develop dashboards and reports regarding spend history and savings opportunities.
Data & Insights: Utilize sources such as Coupa, PeopleSoft, and Service Channel to derive insights and create visualizations that spur sourcing opportunities.
Process Improvement: Evaluate and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste; use procurement tools to improve efficiency through analytical research.
Sourcing Support: Collaborate with senior category managers to support sourcing strategies with data-driven insights; track and validate savings from initiatives.
Data Management & Integrity: Maintain accurate procurement databases and ensure data quality across platforms (ERP, spend analytics tools); create consolidated reporting and understand KPIs impact.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Additional duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Analytics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering) or relevant experience; Master’s degree preferred.
3+ years of analytics, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or related experience.
Excellent data analysis abilities to identify value opportunities.
Deep experience with advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and ability to create dashboards and derive insights.
Proven ability to deliver highly complex analytics projects (methodology, analysis, recommendations, and presentation).
Knowledge of procurement fundamentals, processes and policies.
Strong experience with ERP systems, databases, and Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience with Coupa is strongly preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team; able to adhere to procedures consistently.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time constraints; authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a background check.

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods.
Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily.

Must have visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to operate a computer and office equipment.
Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, from a remote office location.
