Henry Ford Health System is seeking a passionate, creative, and thoughtful Senior Video Producer to join our growing Creative Services Team. We are transforming healthcare marketing, and we are looking for an individual eager to collaborate with leadership and business units to transform complex messages into emotionally impactful video content for both internal and external audiences. The ideal candidate will manage the entire production process, including concept development, scripting, shooting, editing, color grading, and delivery to multiple channels.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, film, design, broadcast, media production, or related field.
At least five (5) years of experience in an agency, commercial production company, or internal corporate media production environment.
Experience with pre‑production planning, production management, and post‑production using Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Experience leading and overseeing both live‑action productions and post‑production pipelines.
Experience with scheduling, project management, and time management for self and team.
Understanding of and experience producing videos for ever‑changing digital and social media platforms.
Adept at storytelling in a visual medium.
Staying on top of consumer demand and changing video viewing habits.
Flexible, positive attitude in the face of high pressure and stressful situations.
Excellent grammar and written communication skills.
Open mind and learning‑oriented.
