Job Summary Weissman is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our customer growth and retention efforts through expertly executed paid media, SEO, and affiliate marketing programs. Working in close collaboration with our Senior Acquisition + Retention Manager and agency partners, this role ensures every digital campaign is strategically aligned, precisely executed, and continuously optimized for performance. With a mix of analytical thinking and creative collaboration, the specialist helps connect strategy to execution – driving measurable results, improving ROI, and supporting Weissman’s mission to help performance creators bring their visions to life.
Responsibilities
Serve as the day‑to‑day contact for the digital advertising agency, ensuring all campaigns are launched accurately and on time.
Oversee paid media campaign setup, trafficking, pacing, and optimization across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.
Track, analyze, and report campaign results, sharing insights and recommendations with the Senior Manager and agency partners.
Manage creative asset delivery, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timely handoffs.
Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Ecommerce teams to align campaigns with broader brand and seasonal initiatives.
Support SEO and landing page optimization to boost visibility and conversion.
Assist with affiliate program operations, including partner communication and offer setup.
Maintain a clear, data‑driven understanding of campaign performance to inform future planning.
Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, audience targeting, and performance tools.
Contribute to a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement within the marketing team.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
Certifications such as Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Google Analytics are a plus.
Experience
4 to 6 years of hands‑on digital marketing campaign execution, preferably within retail, ecommerce, or B2B/B2C environments.
Experience collaborating with or managing digital advertising agencies.
Proven ability to monitor, optimize, and report on paid search, social, and affiliate programs.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok).
Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and affiliate marketing programs.
Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (GA4, Looker Studio, or similar).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.
Analytical mindset with a passion for data‑driven decision‑making.
