Days Work alongside a passionate and dedicated team in Cleveland Clinic Nevada, providing ongoing care, clinical research, and access to partner resources. Responsibilities: Create and publish editorial content across print, digital, and social platforms Draft internal caregiver communications (e.g., InnerPulse newsletter) Write and edit press materials, website content, speeches, brochures, and event copy Support execution of communications plans for clinical services and fundraising events Collaborate with graphic designers, clinical teams, and vendors to produce content Manage content calendars and assist in planning communication timelines Track media coverage, event ROI, and compile metrics for quarterly board meetings Maintain relationships and coordinate with PR agencies and community partners Provide support during emergency incidents via Cleveland Clinic Nevada’s command center Assist with legislative and government reporting tasks tied to public funding and outreach Researches, writes and develops content for inclusion across earned and owned media channels Maintains content library, editorial calendars, patient story and media databases to support earned and owned media channels including print, broadcast and digital Develops news releases, media alerts, media advisories, pitches and press kits for local, national and international media Helps provide public relations and social media direction to agency partners Assist in media training for physicians and other employees in preparation for media interviews Pitches and follows up with media regarding pending releases and story ideas as assigned Tracks earned and owned media coverage and integrated campaign performance, and supports measurement of team objectives and key results Develops daily and long-term content for breaking news, daily news, and trends across earned and owned channels Works collaboratively with media team members to coordinate content across broadcast, print and digital media Works collaboratively with marketing to draft or edit eblasts, print and web collateral materials Supports the drafting and execution of communications for various internal channels Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field and one to two years of relevant experience Must have writing/editing experience across multiple formats (digital, print, social) Preferred Qualifications: Healthcare or nonprofit communications background Familiarity with managing communications across multiple channels and stakeholders Exposure to media relations or events Physical Requirements: Requires high degree of dexterity to produce materials on a PC/word processor, normal or corrected vision. Requires frequent sitting and frequent walking to meetings. Personal Protective Equipment: Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required. Pay Range:
