Vice President of Human Resources & IT at Clarus JOB PURPOSE:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with strong design fundamentals who thrives in a collaborative environment. The Graphic Designer will work closely with and report to the Senior Graphic Design Lead, supporting the development and execution of visual materials that represent the Clarus brand across print and digital platforms.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the Senior Graphic Design Lead and marketing team in designing and producing impactful visual assets across print and digital media.

Prepare accurate final files for print and digital production, ensuring all layouts, colors, and specifications meet established standards for high-quality output.

Maintain and apply established brand guidelines consistently across all design projects.

Support the creation of product documentation and marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, invitations, lookbooks, and packaging.

Assist in the design and creation of impactful visuals and large‑scale glass displays for tradeshow booths and other physical installations.

Assist in the design and layout of web pages and digital content, ensuring alignment with brand standards.

Assist with photo manipulation and digital renderings for print and web projects.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand design requirements and translate concepts into effective visual communication.

Organize and maintain design files, templates, and digital assets for accessibility and version control.

Contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions to support campaigns, initiatives, and brand consistency.

Stay informed about design trends, production techniques, and emerging tools to continuously improve creative output.

QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years graphic design experience preferably in B2B, interior design, or healthcare design industries

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.

Demonstrated ability to create clean, production‑ready files for print and digital applications.

Working knowledge of print production processes and requirements.

Detail‑Oriented: Committed to accuracy and consistency in every stage of design execution.

Collaborative: Works well under direction and contributes effectively within a creative team environment.

Strong Communicator: Able to clearly convey design ideas and respond constructively to feedback.

Highly Organized: Skilled at managing multiple tasks and maintaining structure in a fast‑paced workflow.

Flexible and Adaptable: Comfortable adjusting to shifting priorities and timelines within a dynamic creative setting.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required; familiarity with Adobe XD and/or with a 3D modeling software is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
