6+ years in brand strategy within kids-focused industries like toys, games, or entertainment. Proven success in developing strategies for kids\' audiences (ages 2-12) and their families. Strong understanding of child development, play patterns, and engagement with entertainment. Ability to translate consumer insights into strategic frameworks. Excellent communication skills for presenting complex ideas simply and persuasively. Knowledge of the gaming landscape, especially mobile and casual gaming. About SSi People
