Brand Strategist, Kids Games
We’re looking for a
Brand Strategist
to shape how our
Kids Games
connect with young players and their families. In this role, you’ll craft the strategic frameworks that define how each title stands out while building a cohesive, trusted presence across the kids entertainment landscape.
You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Studio teams to ensure every brand strategy feels distinctive, authentic, and deeply resonant with our audience.
What You’ll Do
Develop brand positioning and messaging frameworks for Kids Games that speak to both kids and parents.
Conduct competitive and category analyses to uncover whitespace opportunities.
Translate player and family insights into actionable brand strategies that inform creative direction and go-to-market plans.
Partner with Creative, Product, and Studio teams to ensure strategy elevates every player touchpoint.
Create inspiring briefs that guide creative execution while staying true to what matters most to kids and families.
Define and articulate unique value propositions for individual titles and the broader portfolio.
Collaborate with Consumer Insights and Research teams to validate and refine strategies.
Establish brand guidelines tailored to kids audiences that respect developmental stages, play behaviors, and family dynamics.
Present strategic recommendations clearly and persuasively to cross-functional partners and leadership.
What You’ll Bring
6+ years of brand strategy experience in kids-focused industries (games, toys, TV, film, or consumer products).
Proven success building strategies that resonate with kids (ages 2–12) and families.
Deep understanding of how children engage with entertainment and play.
Portfolio or case studies showcasing strategic impact.
Strong ability to turn consumer insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communicator and collaborator, comfortable navigating across creative and business teams.
Familiarity with the gaming landscape, particularly mobile and casual gaming.
Bonus Points
Experience in gaming, entertainment, or digital platform environments.
Knowledge of franchise development and IP-based brand building.
Understanding of international kids markets and cultural nuances.
Experience launching new brands or evolving existing IPs.
