Job Skills / Requirements Hiring Immediately!! We are currently hiring for Full-Time, Part-Time and FLEX Security Officers for ALL DAYS & SHIFTS in the Downtown Charlotte, NC area. Monday‑Saturday, 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift are available.

Pay: $18.00/hr (weekly pay). Applicants must have excellent customer service, good communication skills and a professional appearance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular patrols of the property on foot and via golf cart.

Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.

Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.

Communicate clearly and professionally via radio, phone, and in‑person.

Maintain detailed and accurate incident reports and daily activity logs using computer systems.

Collaborate effectively with team members, building management, and law enforcement when necessary.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Enforce building policies and procedures consistently and respectfully.

Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering the premises.

Assist with evacuation procedures and emergency response protocols.

Candidates need to have reliable transportation and a current/valid driver’s license. Prior Security Officer, Military or Law enforcement background is preferred.
