Security Officer
Location: Downtown Charlotte, NC

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular patrols of the property on foot and via golf cart.
Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or rule violations.
Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
Communicate clearly and professionally via radio, phone, and in‑person.
Maintain detailed incident reports and daily activity logs using computer systems.
Collaborate effectively with team members, building management, and law enforcement when necessary.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Enforce building policies and procedures consistently and respectfully.
Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering the premises.
Assist with evacuation procedures and emergency response protocols.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Current and valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
PPSB security license.
Prior security officer, military, or law‑enforcement background is preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills; professional appearance.
Availability for all days and shifts – Monday to Saturday, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
Weekly pay of $18.00 per hour.
